2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access the website, the web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, user agent, referrer) in server log files. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). 3. Contact form

If you contact us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, message) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Submission is only possible with the consent checkbox actively ticked; you may revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.

The data is stored on our own server and additionally delivered to our mailbox by email. It is deleted once your enquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply — at the latest after [PLEASE COMPLETE: e.g. 6] months if no business relationship arises.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, the data you provide is processed to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The deletion periods set out in section 3 apply accordingly.

5. Weather display (Open-Meteo)

In the footer of this website we display the current weather at our office locations. The weather data is retrieved and cached exclusively by our own server from the Open-Meteo service (open-meteo.com). No personal data of visitors — in particular no IP addresses — is transmitted to Open-Meteo.

6. Cookies and consent

The public area of this website sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party services. Via the cookie notice or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer you can nevertheless decide at any time whether future optional services (e.g. statistics or external media) may be used, and revoke any consent given at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Your selection is stored exclusively locally in your browser (localStorage, entry "rh-cookie-consent") and is not transmitted to us; this storage is technically necessary (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).

Only in the password-protected editorial area (/admin) is a technically necessary login cookie set for signed-in staff (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG); visitors to the website never receive this cookie.

7. No analytics or tracking tools

This website uses no web analytics services, no tracking pixels, no social media plugins and no embedded third-party content. Fonts are served exclusively from our own server; no connection is made to Google Fonts or other font CDNs.

8. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21). You may revoke any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). To do so, simply contact [email protected].

9. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.
